pUPPY rESERVATION & rEGISTRATION

Thank you for your interest in one of our Goldendoodle puppies!

This form allows us to collect the information needed to reserve your puppy and complete required records for your health guarantee and microchip registration.

A $300 reservation deposit is required to be placed on our reservation list. Deposits are non-refundable, but transferable, and will be applied toward the total purchase price of your puppy.

At Autumnville Doodles, we raise our puppies with intention, care, and transparency. Each reservation allows us to ensure every puppy is matched with a loving home while completing the necessary records for their health guarantee and microchip registration.

We value open communication and are always happy to answer questions throughout the reservation process.

Spay/Neuter Agreement

Our puppies are placed as cherished family companions and are not sold for breeding purposes.

By reserving a puppy from Autumnville Doodles, you agree to have your puppy spayed or neutered by 6 months of age, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. This helps protect the health and well-being of our puppies and supports responsible breeding practices.

How will you pick up your puppy? Required

Deposit is nonrefundable but is transferable to other litters.

  • If Flying Home - Final Payment and Health Guarantee Is Due When Puppy Is 7 Weeks Old.

 

  • If Picking Up In Person - We accept payment through the Puppy Payment button above, Cash App ($CrystalLPore), or Venmo (@crystalpore) before pick up day OR you can pay cash at pick up. There is a 3.5% fee for using a card at pick up.

  • If Delivered or Meeting Over 1 Hour Away - Payment must be paid be we leave to meet up. The delivery fee is to be paid in cash at delivery.

  • We do not accept checks.

Travel plans

We have several options for you...

 

  • Meeting - If you are in one of the surrounding states near Arkansas we will be willing to drive to meet you. The fee is $175 and above. We will meet 1 hour away from our home for FREE.

  • Ground Delivery - Is available up to an 8 hour drive one way. We try our hardest to deliver the pups ourselves, but if we can't then our family and closest friends help us out!! This fee is $175- $500 depending on location.

​

  • Fly in - You can fly into Clinton International Airport and have your puppy as a carry on, when you book your flight be sure to inform the airlines that you will be returning with a puppy. You will need to purchase a soft sided airline approved dog carrier that holds up to 20lbs. We will meet you at the airport for FREE.​

Submission of this form and deposit does not guarantee a specific puppy and is subject to availability, breeder approval, and final placement confirmation.
